Zoom - Zoom isn't working right on my Chromebook

Issue:

Zoom isn't working right on my Chromebook.

Solution:

Update your ChromeOS:
While logged on, click the clock and go to Settings
Look for "About ChromeOS"
Click "Check for updates"
Once update is done, click "Restart"

Make sure that your volume is not muted. When joining Zoom, you should get a pop up to enable your camera and microphone. If you did not see this, go to:

Settings

On the left side, select Security and Privacy controls
Turn on camera and microphone access for Zoom

In Zoom, you will see the camera and microphone icons, there will be arrow keys on them, if you click the arrow keys, these will give you options to select the correct cameras and microphone, please make sure you select built in mic and front face built in camera.
