Zoom - Students unable to join our class Zoom. The error message says that the meeting ID does not match the host.

Issue:

Students unable to join our class Zoom. The error message says that the meeting ID does not match the host. I tried the Zoom link as well as typing in the Meeting ID.

Solution:

Click on the Zoom app
Click on the sign-in button
Click on the (...) button on the screen
Make sure it says Zoom.us and not ZoomGov

Once its set to Zoom.us try and see if the students can join the zoom meeting.
